Quick delivery, well packaged.

Wish it was put together in a nice box. Why wasn't it put in a better padded packaging. The box was crushed .

It was delivered well wrapped and intact and almost as importantly delivered within the stated timeframe.

They were very fast in shipping. The shipping box could use a little improvement on the sundial, as the parts could come loose and rub against each other.

Customer service was very good. I had a prompt response to my complaint message. However, the replacement part was delayed in shipping. I had to send a follow up message before the part was shipped. Customer service was apologetic, but it didn't change anything about the extra wait time for the part.
