Very pleased generally, but disappointed that sundial gnomon angle was wrong for UK.

My anniversary sundial had the wrong dates. Just trying to get a replacement with the correct dates.

The product itself was lovely and was very well received by my in-laws. But it took five days to arrive, despite the site advertising next day delivery, which meant we turned up to their anniversary meal without a gift. Contacted the company two times to enquire about a delivery time and received no response whatsoever. So, three stars because it’s a lovely product let down by disappointing customer service.

Fast shipping and great packaging, but the screw head broke off on the first screw I tried. Now I have a broken screw sitting halfway in my trim board that has to be removed with pliers. Not the end of the world, but I expected quality screws for a quality product.
