It all worked well - the only question I had was the silence between the purchase and the eventual shipping notice. A few auto-email updates would have made me feel more comfortable but it worked out perfectly.

It's perfect and so comfortable that it's difficult to leave. Sturdy, well-made, designed to look just like the real Eames. Yes, it makes that exhaling sound when you (finally) get up but I don't mind that at all. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat (and my husband just might buy one.) The shipping and delivery were also great - the cardboard box was so strong it could have been an old-fashioned wooden shipping box. Putting it together was easy, too.

I've owned an original, and the quality, appearance and comfort of this one is pretty much the same. I'm very pleased with it.
