Chair looks great and is very comfortable. Leather nicely finished. Arms were difficult to put on and get bolt holes aligned. One of bolts on right arm did not screw in all the way, had to add washer. Otherwise, we love the chair.

The packaging was excellent and very protective. Putting the few pieces of the chair together was easy. I am very impressed with the quality of the metal, wood and leather. It is a beautiful chair!

The chair arrived very securely shipped, there was no chance of damage.

Love it. I got black/palisander. The black is very soft and matte and the wood is slick and striking. Really happy I went with this one. Beware it is hard to get out of!
