Had a bit of trouble with delivery time but customer service was great and kept me informed tap looks great can’t wait to have it fitted

Cartridges are expensive for what they are, you can get generic ones at half the price, got to keep the warranty alive though.

Tap quality seems very good and fitting was very easy. Only downside i have with the tap is the noise of the hot water boiler wile heating the water. Sounds abit like a kettle

Tap and boiler were easy to install, tap looks like good quality but only time will tell on that one. I have 2 niggles, number 1 is after you have made a tea/coffee the boiler is a little noisy, it seems quite aggressive at restoring the temperature back to It's full heat, A smaller wattage boiler would suffice as you don't need another 5 cups after you've made some, a smaller element would take a little longer to boil but would be significantly quieter. number 2 is handles could be on opposite sides, this might just be me but my missus noticed this as well, but other manufacturers have them this way round also.

Had a tap but got discolouring my partner got in contact had poor replacements sent so asked agin to be ignored. Tap works fine have had trouble with tank again no help just said needed descaling even though had only been fitted a short time , they replaced the tank now fine
