I think they are a bit pricy (£33 for a subscription every 4/6 months) but the product and delivery are great.

Ordered new filter and subscription, filter was supposed to arrive in a couple of days, but arrived about 2weeks later due to problems at depot.

I love my tap however I have had (and still have) issues with it. It cost a fortune to install requiring a plumber and electrician. Because there were hoses missing I had to pay the plumber to come out a second time. Now it is installed I have problems with it dripping from the hot/cold tap itself. Although quick to respond and you have sent me a new valve, my plumber is going to have to come out again to fit.

The Tap performers well and the finish is hard wearing and still looks new after 2 years. The issue I have is the filter is very difficult to remove as it requires a considerable turning force against a very flimsy bracket requiring two hands in a tight space under sink. I have a history of DIY engineering so no real problem but I could see it being a broken bracket for most consumers.

It was a bit tricky to fit and the o-ring had perished so a bit leaky. Also - can the filters be recycled?
