It’s average
We’re pleased with our Intu tap which we bought in March 2022. We have since upgraded the filter system to the new design. However, due to arthritis, we don’t find using the button to turn on the boiling water, very easy. We wish it was another lever. My mother has one which has a lever and it’s much better to use. Also there isn’t a proper mixer option - it’s either hot or cold, with varying degrees of pressure on the cold section. Hot tap takes ages to come through, but that could be down to our water system. Hot also is very low pressure. We’ve got used to our tap now, and given how much they cost, we won’t be changing it any time soon. But having seen friends boiling water taps, I wish we’d paid a bit more and got a better tap.
