As previously stated, my new kitchen won’t be installed till 3rd April, but after checking the contents in the delivery box, I found that component D ( silicon tube) is in fact missing. I would be most grateful if you would review this at your earliest convenience. Kind regards, Robert Brown.

Easy to install, very stylish, easy to use. Only comment is that it is too easy to go from the boiling water back into the filtered water, but nerve that is getting used to using it. Certainly beats rivals in price and customer service was fantastic and very helpful.

The tap came supplied with decent length connectors etc. which made the installation easy. Boiling water works well, and reheats quickly. Only slight issue is the regular tap creates a stream that is a bit splashy (this is especially noticeable if you're used to a tap with an aerator). This isn't a huge issue though, and the tap is perfectly usable.

Easy to fit. Only problem I have is the fixing of the tap to quartz worktops. The metal crescent fitting underneath bends easily and the tap moves slightly.
