Good service from user experience but after changing filter and resetting unit as per instructions, we have a constant daily alert to change the filter, although brand new.

Very good in the short time we have had it no complaints at all.

All in all it seems to be a very good tap with great functionality. I chose it especially for the pull down spray element which works well. The reason it isn’t 5 star is that after using the cold filtered water I seem to get dripping after turning the tap off. I have only been able to stop the dripping by running the boiling water for a couple of seconds and then turning the tap off again. Other than this, no faults. It would be nice if the main tap handles were a bit chunkier but this is just aesthetic preferences.

Would have given 5 stars if filter had the correct pipe size. Otherwise perfect, easy to install and set up all done in a couple of hours. No more kettles

I have a tap from intu that is amazing. I now have a subscription for the filters that make life much easier. However, the app if really hard to use. It lets you start a subscription but if you don’t have a log in it doesn’t let you create an account. Something to look at? Otherwise, amazing
