A replacement part was sent for free but it didn't work and we get an error message indicating that its not there, therefore its been sitting on our counter for months inoperable.

Unit completely stopped working less than 3 months in. Please tell us how to repair or replace.

After ust a little over a year this has been ridiculous. 1st machine broke. It was shipped off and sent back broken differently. Got a refurbished machine; It's broken too.

Purchased the Tk-2 last year. Still not here :(

We bought the TK01 in August 2022. In September 2023 the grinder abruptly stopped working. We troubleshooted with TK support, then paid to have it professionally service for ~$200. After a month, we got the machine back after support let us know it was fixed and a crack in the top panel replaced. We opened the box to find the machine dirtier than before and nothing worked nor had been replaced. The misrepresentation of work performed, and obvious lack of oversight by Terra Kaffe of subcontractors and refusal to let us have the instructions to repair on our own led us to dump the machine. The BBB has given the company a D- rating.
