Throughout the day & night the machine is like a ghost and intermittently runs loudly to clean itself (I think). Water needs to be added almost everyday, coffee grounds need to be dumped even when they aren’t full, machine takes too long to make first cup in the morning, it’s too loud, and the plastic doors on either side are flimsy. Not at all worth what we paid.

Very difficult to use . When you want to use it you have to always wait for the cleaning cycle to do its thing, Then had to box it up and ship it back for repairs. I was without a coffee maker for 3 weeks. Paid a lot of money for a piece of crap

I shouldn’t have to pay for a known manufacturing defect to be repaired (leaky o ring)
