Had to send back for repairs. They didn't even replace it while it is gone.

It would be nice if you had two day shipping. I haven’t even received the product to review it maybe you should partner with Amazon so customers can receive the cleaning supplies much faster.

My only purchase regret in 2024. The app rarely works, every time the power goes out and comes back on this thing starts up and shoots water all over, you cannot order a cup from bed if the machine isn’t already on and flushed, it moves at a glacial pace to pour a cup of drip (about 6x the time of a standard Miele), and needs to be emptied and filled after each use. I couldn’t feel more meh about this appliance.

brand new machine wasn't working went through customer service for a month back-and-forth. Sent machine back for service after a month of troubleshooting at home. They sent back a disgusting used dirty machine and expected me to be happy because it makes coffee. I also had to pay $55 and shipping to send the machine to them. They didn't want to make it right. Not worth the price not worth the hassle.

Espresso everywhere inside the machine. Worked for 4 months to fix it and finally Was able to return it. Very disappointed
