Started out fine but after a couple of weeks the grinder would not grind a full cup of coffee and we continue to get weak coffee/espresso despite multiple adjustments. Will likely send back as still in "trial period"

I am very disappointed in the coffee choices. The last two subscription picks were cheap local coffees that anyone can buy from a grocery store. If the next one is not unique, I will cancel the program.

Not worth the money

I have not been able to produce a cappuccino. My brother makes a flat not peaked milk. My requests for help have also fallen flat. I would like to come to New York to view a working machine. I continue to use my Nepresso frother because it produces outstanding frothed milk.
