We attempted to follow your guides for a return and received no response. The carafe for the milk stopped working after maybe a week. The espresso goes from watery to weak. The coffee grounds censor is overactive and says it needs emptying after barely 4 shots and since the espresso grind is iffy, what is there to empty, really. Barely 3 oz? For $900, I was expecting better. I only got this machine after jimmy kimmel’s recommendation and I’ll be emailing him about it.

We ordered the Terra Kaffe to replace an older Nespresso machine in the hopes that the large upfront cost would ultimately save us money in pods. This has not been the case at all. This machine is constantly down, needs to be fully deep cleaned bi-weekly, and grinds more coffee beans than necessary to only work about half of the time. This machine was ordered for our work office and has caused many headaches in regard to maintenance and upkeep costs. This was also after receiving an initial machine that would not even turn on and needed to be replaced. The only positive that we have found is the many different options for how the coffee is made but as most of us are espresso drinkers, it is not a functionality that we often use. We have since reverted back to the Nespresso and the pods as a result and do not currently use our Terra Kaffe.

I purchased the TK-01 espresso machine in April 2022 as a special gift for my wife's birthday. She had wanted a one-touch espresso machine, and at the time, this seemed to be one of the only options available. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment when, within just a month of usage, the milk frothing function ceased to work. Initially, we suspected the quality of the milk, but as it turns out, the culprit was our water hardness, despite exclusively using filtered water from our refrigerator. To salvage our investment, we diligently followed the manufacturer's instructions and purchased their descaling tablets, using them religiously as per the machine's prompts. To add insult to injury, I had the foresight to invest an extra $200 in an extended warranty. However, the real ordeal began just one month after the factory warranty expired when the milk frothing function completely gave up the ghost. Our exchanges with customer support became a frustrating, back-and-forth ordeal, and despite enduring numerous descaling sessions, they eventually said that we had send the machine in for a $250 repair fee. Luckily my extended warranty saved me $50. However, even with the extended warranty, we weren't entitled to a replacement machine or a credit towards a different model. The warranty only covered the repair, a process that took nearly two agonizing weeks. In our household, coffee is a non-negotiable necessity, and during this time, it was a struggle. I was tempted to purchase a cheap drip coffee maker just to survive the ordeal. When we finally received the machine back, we were informed that a hose had burst due to the calcified water, and they had replaced it with a braided stainless one. Yet, to our dismay, within a mere two months, the same issue resurfaced. We've decided not to bother with it any longer. Instead, we've purchased a standalone milk frothier and resolved to avoid using that problematic function, all while anxiously awaiting the next inevitable breakdown, so we can rid ourselves of this disappointing product once and for all.

My TK-1 is less than a year old and it has completely stopped working. I’ve reach to the company and a week later I have still not heard from them. I am not happy and do not recommend this product
