I was really looking forward to the release of this machine. I liked the sleek design and the ability to utilize the app. It has been a disappointment. It takes almost 6 minutes to warm up and brew an 8 oz. Cup of morning coffee. It requires clean up and maintenance every third day. I still can’t get the ground coffee feature to work. The milk dispenser is difficult to clean. I rarely use it unless I have time to clean everything out. The coffee/ espresso is good but very time consuming.

Your {product}'s milk dispensing system sucks. Maintenance is messy and loud AF. You guys have the right idea. Don't give up

Loud & messy, but the worst part is that coffee is not hot. I returned

The amount of times that I have to clean the catch tray filled with water vs. my other coffee machine is ridiculous

Frothing was not the best after a week at the house. Sent out and was never fixed. I hate how the machine cuts off the coffee being made if midway through it the water runs out or bin is full. Wasted my coffee often. Not a machine I would buy again. Very loud if you are an RN and wake up early!
