It's not bad

it was ok, no service that I have had to deal with. I have given up on the app. I just hit drip. Maybe not worth the $$$

I bought it last November 2023 and had to send it in for repairs within 6 months.. was out of my machine for a month. Got it back and it now works only 60% of time and now will randomly leak water.

When it works well it's great, but it has constant issues and now I'm told I have to send it in to be repaired instead of having them send me a new one, so I'll be without a coffee maker for a few weeks. Not a good look.

Overall one of the most regretful purchases. The machine shorted shortly after purchase and sent back to be repaired. The espresso system is not ideal, gets very dirty, has an excessive amount of waste even after adjusting the settings. I wouldn’t recommend, purchase a slightly more expensive real espresso machine
