Im not a fan of how much water is wasted into the drip tray. This causes excessive cleaning and constant refills of the water tank. The machine also loses its WiFi connection regularly and must be unplugged and reset to function correctly. Not a happy customer.

High tech, high maintenance. I can only compare my TK-02 to the other coffee maker I have owned: DeLonghi Gran Dama. The TK-02 offers a plethora of options, more than the GD. It has a sleek design and fits well in my kitchen. But pretty is as pretty does. The milk never curdled in the GD; with the TK-O2, it happens regularly. The water container holds too little water, requiring frequent refills. The drip tray has to be emptied everyday. It makes a huge racket when grinding the beans. The espresso and coffee produced are excellent. There are many parts that need to be manually cleaned. For an automatic espresso maker, the TK-02is a lot of work, much more so than the GD.

It works. But I cannot seem to figure out the best settings for it. Cappuccinos either have too much milk or too little coffee. Americanos are ok. Other than that it'll fo.

Unfortunately, our milk frother still doesn't work correctly after sending the machine in for repair. It makes nice espresso shots, but seems to struggle with the milk drinks.
