Hi - I got a new drip tray because the other had been damaged in transit but it was sent without the drip tray lid. Luckily the old one fit on it. So it was an incomplete shipment

Have not yet received the espresso cup I ordered, So cannot rate except to say the expected arrival date is 2 weeks after my order/purchase date. These days, that seems slower than what it should be.

It’s a good product

The coffee is good, but it is not hot enough.
