Tempaper Lives Up to Its Name
Tempaper is as advertised. It is peel and stick wallpaper and it is repositionable once you put it in place. The issue is that it is “temporary”, hence the name Tempaper. If you’re looking for a permanent wall covering that stays smooth to the wall without bubbling and curling off, then this product is not for you. I installed Tempaper as recommended and I smoothed it out completely flat to the wall and trimmed the edges flush. The material looked great the day that I did it, but gradually bubbles formed beneath the paper which I found myself constantly smoothing out. And then when we left the house for a few days and turned the heat down to 60 degrees, we came back to several full strips of the wallpaper curling completely off the wall. The product is not worth the cost and effort IMO. Now that our Tempaper is falling down, we will be replacing it with Perm-paper, a/k/a real wallpaper with paste (glue) that keeps it stuck to the wall properly.
