Tempaper Magento 2

I received the samples which are beautiful but on the site, the pattern I have chosen is described as a double roll and I’m confused if that means you get two rolls per purchase. I emailed customer care a week ago to get some clarity and I still haven’t heard back yet.

Tempaper has very cute designs, but because of the false advertising and poor customer service, I will not order from them again. I received two discount codes, neither of which worked and customer service did not rectify. Free shipping is advertised but many of the designs do not qualify. I paid extra for three day shipping - my product shipped on a Tuesday and was not delivered until the following Monday. The color of the paper was supposed to be a bright almost sea foam green (Swell in the color Jade), it is a navy blue. Very disappointed in my experience all around.

I am still waiting to have my order complete from October 29... it is Dec 17
