Not good communication...
While the product does seem to be of good quality, I wished to return it as it has just a bit too much sheen for me and the plaid is larger than I thought. I contacted Tempaper twice to see if I could get an authorization number and mailing label to return it (for the 25% restocking fee) but never heard from them. Now it is past the 30 days so I'm stuck with a print that I probably will not use. I'm okay with the restock fee, but I'm not okay with the lack of communication!
