Tempaper Magento 2

We found it extremely difficult to apply. The two strips we did get up had so many creases and bubbles we decided to give up & ended up ripping them off the wall and took the drywall with them. We paid $60 in shipping & I just received another $20 bill from FedEx in additional fees. Did not love this product. :(

I was disappointed by the quality and the ease of applying.

The samples I received were not as high quality as I was expecting in regards to the printing.

I ordered some wallpaper. It was a beautiful product but it did not work for the space. The return process was not user friendly. I emailed Customer Service to get a "Return Authorization Number". I did not hear back within about 5 days so I called Customer Service. Customer Service informed me that I did not really need a "Return Authorization Number" to make the return. I had to pay over $20 to make the return. Two days after mailing the return I finally heard back from Customer Service with my "Return Authorization Number". There is a 25% restocking fee. Basically its a terrible return process. I wasn't anticipating needing to return because I was pleased with the sample that I received prior to ordering. I will likely not order again simply because of the terrible return process.

While the product does seem to be of good quality, I wished to return it as it has just a bit too much sheen for me and the plaid is larger than I thought. I contacted Tempaper twice to see if I could get an authorization number and mailing label to return it (for the 25% restocking fee) but never heard from them. Now it is past the 30 days so I'm stuck with a print that I probably will not use. I'm okay with the restock fee, but I'm not okay with the lack of communication!
