Customer service was a 5 Delivery also a 5 Product quality - rabbit cuts on edges need to be cleaner Directions are okay but pictures are bad. Too small and cannot read the details.

It was easy to order the pantry cabinet, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The pieces all fit together very well and it is a solid cabinet once assembled. Only one concern—I ordered a hickory pantry and you sent maple. I kept it anyway as I did not want to hassle with returning it.

Overall a good product, albeit some complaints: Missing 2 drawer pieces and screws. Instructions are vague and requires technical knowledge to ensure proper assembly. Product is sturdy and well constructed but fitment is just OK.

samples finally came after having to follow up on it as to where it was. loved the samples , just took a while to get here . delayed decision making process for me.
