Blind cabinet was easy to assemble, looks great. Only thing was it didn't match the photo online and on the box. It had a opening in the middle of the cabinet, online and the photo didn't show this.

I contacted customer service to verify that I was ordering the correct side (R vs L). I was ignored and the wrong side was sent Item also was poorer quality than anticipated from website description

Ordered a cabinet after I called their CS to make sure it was IN STOCK. Burned by another retailer already. They assured me it was in stock and they didn’t have time to place an order for me. Which, btw, I never asked them to do. Just needed to know I would get the cabinet if I placed the order. Ordered after I hung up, got an email and FedEx tracking number. Two days later got an email telling me, “oooohhh my bad we don’t have that. Canceling your order. So sorry. ” Won’t ever order from them again.
