I stumbled across Sueno quite by accident on google. I requested samples for the headboard which arrived very quickly and beautifully presented. I placed my order and was contacted straight away to confirm access and delivery. It was delivered as promised in the evening by 2 very pleasant gents even though they had had a long day and I'm sure must have been tired. The headboard is amazing! We couldn’t believe how fantastic the service we received from Sueno was. From the moment I ordered fabric samples (which arrived one day later) to the day we received the bed the service was faultless. We placed the order on a Friday night and took delivery of our beautiful custom made bed less than a week later! The communication during the process and service was a pleasure, so fluid in fact that we were worried the quality wouldn’t be any good - we had nothing to worry about!
