This is the best company I have ever dealt with - immediate response to prelimary questions, excellent pricing, very rapid service and delivery, lovely delivery men and very high quality headboards. They keep in touch and let you know what is happpening to your order and are very flexible. If only all companies behaved like this. I dont usually write reviews but these guys really deserve to succeed. The headboards look beautiful !!

I had a great experience with Sueno throughout this whole process. I wanted to buy a bed since last year and got a few samples then but made a real decision to purchase an Ottoman bed last month. Last year, I have noticed quite a few reviews on Ottoman beds from other places and their quality is not the same and most of these Ottomans seem to have no base...but with Sueno the build is sturdy and professionally done. I ordered different samples and as usual Lyndsey sent additional samples over. There was one sample (Lino Pebble) which was a mid-dark grey linen that wasn't even online. I made a decision on that fabric but had a few questions about the Ottomans and mattresses which Johnny took time to answer. I decided on the Twix Premier with the Chesterfield headboard and the Linford 1000 mattress (Johnny's suggestion). I ordered on the 12th Feb and my bed was delivered on the 18th Feb. The delivery guys were professional, respectful and really nice. They checked the bed was in the right position for me and I was happy before they left. The bed was even better than it looked online and the mattress is a dream to sleep in. I am super happy and will purchase from Sueno going forward.
