FOUR STARS for the TILDA

FOUR STARS for the TILDA SIDEBOARD - ZERO STARS for the STYLE ME. Ordered this in August with listing stating that it was available - site states 3-5 weeks for large items. In October I received notice that the Tilda was out of stock and I would receive in December. A few weeks later that was updated to mid November. The whole time I was checking the website which the Tilda Sideboard continues to be listed as "available". After Mid November passed and hearing nothing from Style Me I reached out to the company - then receiving a random email saying I would get the Tilda in early October (which at this point was well over a month ago). Finally I got a real email from the company saying that my order was queued for November 28 - but that still means there is 2-4 weeks before it would be delivered. On November 28 I received an email letting me know my order has shipped and a FedEx tracking number was given - however that tracking number did not work. Finally on December 13 (16.5 weeks since ordered) I get a call from the nanny at my house telling me we have a delivery. The sideboard was being delivered not from FedEx but from a delivery company who did not notify me that it was being delivered so no one was home to deal with it. I spoke with the rude delivery man on the phone who told me they could not deliver the item inside my house - it was either my front step or in my garage. When I got home to my very large and very heavy package I immediately reached back out to Style Me to complain. I was told the package should have been delivered inside and set up. My understanding from that email was they were going to have the delivery company come back out to do so. Two weeks of emails going back and forth - that was never done. Instead of handling getting the delivery crew back out they gave me the delivery companies number. Many calls to the delivery company went unanswered and messages were never returned. In the end I had to hire my own crew to bring the 250 pound sideboard into my house since Style Me and their deliver crew were incompetent of getting it done. Bottom line - the Tilda Sideboard is beautiful and I love it but I would buy it from another company. Style Me and their lack of transparency and real customer support is not worth the headache.

Love the product but I

Love the product but I purchased this as it was an in-stock product, it still took over 2 months to receive this product. Slow response times on customer service-and besides “let me check on your status” I never got any additional follow up.

Tilda Sideboard listed as available

Tilda Sideboard listed as available even though it was backordered for months. Listing should be updated to be honest with customers. I would have never ordered from Style Me had I known it wasn't available. The delivery service was awful. Never had I order furniture where I haven't been notified before hand that they were coming. And I have never had a delivery company not bring the product into my house. Customer service was lacking! From the beginning to the end it was a bad experience. And the worst part is after reaching out about the delivery it seemed to me like you were going to handle getting the delivery company back to bring the sideboard in - but that was never done. Instead I was given the phone number to handle the problem on my own. The delivery company never answered the phone nor did they return my messages. In the end I had to pay to have my own crew come move the sideboard into the house. This whole experience has been a total disappointment and I most likely won't be ordering my Style Me again.
