You guys need some serous business help on fulfillment and customer service You should forgo e-commerce and just share your designs. Seriously

I waited TEN months for my IN-STOCK products; I waited weeks or even months to hear back from customer service and never received any actual updates or real information; the delivery finally comes and only 1 of my 2 nightstands arrives. HORRIBLE. What is it going to take to get my product I paid for 10 months ago?!

6 months since ordering and still no product. Reached out and had a less than friendly email response.

Poor customer service

The costumer service needs help. Waiting 15 days to hear anything back on a claim for something damaged and that the color looks nothing like the color shown on the website is super frustrating. Paying over $1200 for an item that was packaged damaged and the color so off from the website is absolutely not ok.
