Ordering was fine. It took too long to acknowledge and ship. Once received, I was surprised by how flimsy the packaging was. The box was damaged and the chair not very protected inside. Luckily no actual damage to the chair once I opened it.

Comfortable and supportive, but arrived damaged and makes a creaking noise when sitting in or reclining. Trying to return the chair but Steelcase is taking four weeks to send me a box to send it back to them in.

the first time the chair came, arm rests were bad but the costumer service was fast and very good so they changed the chair for me.

Everything was great until support stopped responding and didn’t get me the proper screws for the headrest

Store is user friendly and shipping was excellent
