the first time the chair came, arm rests were bad but the costumer service was fast and very good so they changed the chair for me.

Everything was great until support stopped responding and didn’t get me the proper screws for the headrest

Store is user friendly and shipping was excellent

Delivery required signature which was not communicated ahead of time. When the chair failed to get delivered, it was impossible to track down what happened to it. It just randomly showed up a few days later. Tracking was useless after the first delivery attempt.

Chair is great ergonomically. The Upholstery: Café Leather - Earl Grey looks cheap and is already cracking. This is not built for a long term investment in a chair. Wish I would have picked a different upholstery. Hard to buy online and know. . . disappointing.
