About a year ago I

About a year ago I ordered a pillow from Sleepovation. It was excellent and was as advertised. So my wife wanted one and I recently bought another pillow, the same pillow from Kiwi Sleep (formerly Sleepovation). Once it arrived I noticed a considerable difference. The pillow consisted of two layers of low-quality foam and is thicker and harder/stiffer than the one I previously ordered. When I did a side-by-side comparison by taking both out of their covers and examining them, I noticed the "new" pillow had no springs, coils, or any other technology. It is just two layers of cheap foam glued together (the glue is hard and you can feel it when you lay on it) and when squeezing it, you feel nothing but foam. There were also little slits cut to make it look like the pillow is broken up into little squares but that does nothing. In the older pillow you can feel the springs/coils, it is human tolerable to lay on and it is at a normal thickness. The craftmanship by far much better! The pillow looks nothing like the picture on the website at all. Nor does it meet the description of the technology that the pillow should provide like springs or coils. Don't waste your money and buy a less than subpar product. I plan on returning it and either they send me another pillow or get my money back.

I wouldn't write a bad

I wouldn't write a bad review if it was about not liking a mattress because not every thing is for everyone. This review is for poor customer service. When I made the purchase, the old SleepOvation website advertised the 100 day return policy on the front page, misleading people about the fineprint that if you order 2 mattresses then you can only return 1. They still haven’t fixed this with the kiwisleep rebrand. A simple asterisk next to the 100 day return claim would hint the viewer that there is more to the policy. Or a simple courtesy warning to the user at checkout would have also helped. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I can't return and can’t use even if it's within the 100 day period. According to Sleepovation, their job is done as long as they had the actual policy nicely hidden away somewhere in the fineprint. Poor form.
