We received the product even though it didn't do what it claimed it would

Need more time to evaluate. So far, not very impressed. My back still hurts quite a bit especially in the early morning hours.

Still having neck pain….i thought this was going to be great. Always told it’s the best and it’s like the other 20 pillows I’ve bought in the past year.

Waiting for email back to find out how to return the pillow

I didn’t find it comfortable and it’s way to hot to sleep on.
