Customer support & return policy helped me get the right mattress + topper combination and eliminate back pain. I started with a medium mattress and a soft 2" topper, then tried a 1" soft topper, and finally settled on a 3" medium topper that is now very comfortable. No more low back pain or pressure points. Wasn't sure if latex foam was right for me at first but after some time adjusting to it I love the feel now.
