Sara and Joseph were incredibly helpful with my purchase, I was working with a floor sleeping setup and unsure whether to pick a firm or medium 2" topper to go beneath my futon (was too hard with just the futon). I initially went with the firm, felt maybe it could be softer so they sent me the medium to test out free of charge, and also sent a larger box for the return plus a Fedex pickup from my building which was super helpful. I wound up staying with the firm 2" topper as the medium was too soft beneath my futon (bottomed out). It is a very nice product, not as unwieldy as I feared, easy enough for me (120 lbs female) to roll, pick up from the floor and move once I put a couple straps on.
