Very poor communication from ordering to arrival. I had to call and figure out where my chair was as it took 30 days to receive. I would have been fine waiting, I just wish someone would have kept me informed.

Does not work the parts of the body as its suppose to do. Side airbags do not extend far enough to feel effects and tje neck balls hit my lower head not my neck.
