communication is great, but I think you all need to work on your shipping times. I felt like it took longer than was promised and then the final delivery was cancelled 2 times with me missing work waiting 2 separate days without a courtesy call.

Great sales pitch and contact.

Great sales pitch and contact. No contact after delivery or follow up. Highly disappointed due to the fact it does not fit anyone near 6'4" let alone 6'6" like it states. When it measures you have to apply constant pressure to the leg extension or the spring will just push back. Never massages my calves even though the roller is moving. The noise when the temple air bag inflates is horrible, as it covers my ears not my temple. I can adjust it slightly but it is not intended to move like that. Says 2 zero gravities, when only 1 works and the other is just pushing the down button. heat is nice and I am quite sure it works for the normal 6'1" frames ALL chairs accommodate, but if I would have sat in this prior to buying, I would have not bought it. I am also curious if I even received the right one, it just says Titan on the side, nothing shows that it is the XL or LE model. Would be amazing if I got the wrong one and they fix this issue after reading this. Waiting.... The COSTCO $7k one fit my just fine and had total automatic sensing. I guess the $5k price tag, free delivery and extended warranty got me, but after reading more on the website, it wasn't given to me because I was special. Overall, I am sure it works for normal size people but not for me. Taking up space until I can decide what to do with it. Only advice is to sit on one before making a large purchase. I would have flown to GA if I known it would have been better for me. So 2 stars for great sales pitch, minus 1 for incorrect choice for my size, 1 for no call back or follow up and 1 for the large paperweight in my living room.

Worst Company and Customer Service

Don’t do business with this company!!! Had a chair delivered November 21 with hidden damage (cracked base). Never answered email, no one would talk to me on the phone. I finally called the manufacturer in Canada and they arranged to have my chair repaired. This company in Georgia couldn’t or wouldn’t find anyone but they found someone and had the chair fixed in two weeks —- and they are in Canada. Chair delivered broken 11/21/23, after much effort chair fixed middle of February. Does that sound like good Customer service.
