You need to let your customer’s know that you do not take returns on large items.

White service installers didn’t know what to do how to set it up right now and makes a lot of noise

It took almost two months for them to finally deliver my bed after I purchased it. When they came to deliver the bed they were supposed to take my old box spring and Matress but didn’t . They said the Matress was soiled so after being at work all week I’m stuck moving this Matress myself and paying to get rid of my old mattress they were supposed to take. So if you have a stain on your Matress beware they won’t take it and they’ll tell you it’s soiled

There was lack of communication with the shipper. First attempt to deliver was rescheduled because delivery person didn't realize we paid to have chair installed and set up. Second time around all was good.
