I ordered a chair from them for a hip replacement surgery and ordered the chair 20 days before my surgery. I knew it might come a day or two after my surgery but never expected it to come after I was walking again..Then we ordered white glove service because the chair is heavy. One person showed up to bring it in and put it together. My husband had to help him get it in and put it up for us. Definitely not white glove. When SG called to check how we were doing, the wonderful lady on the end said she would ask the company for a refund on the White Glove service. We have not had that refund. The only good news is we love the chair.

Shipping was fast. Replacing defects has been a nightmare!
