I’m very happy with the mattress, it felt a bit soft to start with but in the last couple of weeks my back pain has decreased significantly. Unfortunately the customer service forcthe delivery was a poorling. I tried contacting them the day before the delivery without any success, but got a web chat answer 10 DAYS later! On the day the driver didn’t have my phone number as it had been transcripted into ending 0000, something he said happens frequently. I was lucky to be at home st the time. Setting up the mattress was very easy with the little knife they provide and a few simple tips from the driver. Altogether I’m very happy with my purchase.

A very comfortable nights sleep, Soft, but at the same time firm enough to support in all sleeping positions. Would reccomend.
