Please don’t waste your money on it!
First delivery- it was arrived next day, but UPS driver drop the box in a hallway of the building and walk away. When I did contact the Sumba customer service- oh yes, the driver deliver only up to first door, later it’s not our problem... Very disappointed.
Next step quality of the mattress- it is average,not WOW, not perfect, how advertising...
But we give it a try, and after couple a months it start to be ok, still cannot see that my sleep improved, but it was ok. After 100 nights trial it still was ok, but a couple months later our mattress developes a hollow! From one side. Me and my husband we are not over weight ( I’m 47kg, my husband 97kg) so we have a hole on one side! I have contacted the Simba customer service, they send us a guy from the Homeserve to check our mattress. On a front of me the guy is was completely agree that it should not be like that, especially that mattress is only 9 months old. He took a pictures, measures the hollow. And then couple days later I have received report and answer- that it’s my fault that I wasn’t rotate the mattress!!!
Did you put this information somewhere? In your advert? Or in a book? Or on a website? Or may be your Simba sale assistant mentioned about it? The answer is NO. Nowhere I cannot see this information about rotate your mattress 3-4 times week, how I was told by an mattress inspector from Homeserve.
I’m very disappointed with the quality of yourSimba mattress, uncompetitive customer service, angry on myself that I bought this expensive crap- Simba Mattress!
How is your promised 10 years warranty works? And what it’s covering? If the less in one year of use the mattress develops hollow???
