Warranty is completely pointless
I emailed Simba prior to purchasing this mattress as I was concerned that the memory foam would sink over time. I was reassured that due to the unique spring system that this would not be the case. I was told, and I quote, that there would be “minimal to no movement”. Unfortunately, after less than a year there is a big dent where I sleep and a slope leading up to the middle of the bed. (I am 12 stone and was told the max is 18 per person). Never mind, I thought, I will be covered by the warranty. Simba sent an “independent” inspector over who performed some tests. My mattress passed with flying colours and I was told it satisfied industry standards. I argued that I was not told it would simply comply to industry standards, I was told that there would be “minimal to no movement”. They couldn’t care less and I am now stuck with an overpriced faulty mattress until I can afford a new one. I lost certainly would not recommend this mattress even to my worst enemy! Don’t be fooled by false promises and free trials. Your mattress will be fine after 100 days but after 365 it’s a different story! Very disappointing indeed.
