Having to deal with customer department is DEPLORABLE... I tried to buy a matress from SIMBA but due to a salesman who couldnt understand English AND 20 minute ringing from a mobile phone to London, AND their web site NOT acepting a customer recomendation code i had to buy a SIMBA matress from JOHN LEWIS in Sheffield this NOT getting a £50 discount... I am disappointed AND the company have stopped returning my e-mails.... NOT HAPPY at all...!!!!!! ( i hope this kick their department in gear in getting me my £50 discount i deserve by simply HAVING a SIMBA matress.) even though having to buy it from a department stored....a reputable one in Sheffield called JOHN LEWIS unlike SIMBA itself...... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Spent 20 mins plus on hold with customer service to check that mattress pick up and delivery was available next day in London. Had to hang up and use the chat function who confirmed it was possible. Placed order and paid for next day delivery and mattress pick up. Next day delivery men turned up with no advance call (supposed to be 2 hours before delivery) and could not fit mattress in van as it was too small. Very unprofessional delivery men who didnt care at all about customer satisfaction and told me to just call simba as wasnt their problem. Simba team asked if I could be around for a half day later in the week for mattress team to pick up. Declined order and asked for a full refund.

You sent me the wrong product (you acknowledged this on the 13th of Feb) and I have heard nothing since... so I am still waiting form my Simba Kingsize Mattress Topper...

We’ve had numerous problems with the products and service. We’re still waiting for a mattress topper which was meant to come with the order. The retaining lug on the bed legs don’t all click into lace, meaning the legs could swing up and collapse the bed. The Instructions are not clear - clearly they haven’t been walked through by a non-expert user. The products are over-packaged, with finished rather than unfinished card used for the cartons. I would not recommend anyone else purchases this product.
