SitOnIt Seating

The seat is a bit too short/shallow for my taste. I like a deeper seat in my office chair.

Customer service was wonderful. The chair shipped in a reasonable amount of time given that the choice of fabrics is customizable. On arrival, it seemed well packed, but there were obvious grease stains in a couple of places - probably where someone's dirty hand gripped the cushion and seatback while boxing it up. To their credit, SitOnIt promptly sent replacements and I'm pleased with the condition of the new parts.

I had a good experience purchasing my chair. I spoke with customer service about a slight issue with my armrest and they were able to resolve it quickly.

It said it will be deliver within two days but it took longer.

Shipping took longer than expected, but customer service was great!
