SitOnIt Seating

The chair looks very nice and modern. I've only had it for less than a month, so I can't say much about durability, yet it does feel very well made and the wheels roll smoothly. The only reason why I don't rate my experience 5 stars is because after I received my chair I contacted customer care to inquire about possibly replacing the fixed depth seat with an adjustable one. The reply I received informed me that they are not able to offer replacement parts for their home edition models and suggested me to return my unit so I could purchase a new one. In this case a 20% restocking fee would apply and I would also need to cover shipping cost for the return which had to be made in original packaging. In other words, not very customer oriented specially for an online shop selling furniture. I want to be clear, there was no mistake with the order on their end, nor any problems with the chair. I received what I ordered. Since they don't have physical stores listed on their website I couldn't go check their products in person. I thought I knew what I needed and took a risk that didn't pay off. So, unless you're 100% sure of what type of chair you need or how you want to customize it, you might want to reconsider since returning/replacing is costly. Otherwise, it's a comfortable solid chair.
