Met my expectations.

shipping was not hassle free as it was delivered to the wrong address the 1st time with no fault from my end

Shipping was not as promised. It said it would ship in 2 days, but it was almost 3 weeks benore I received it.

Shipping was kind of slow, otherwise great product

The chair is great, however customer service needs to be more attentive. Also, you need to use a different delivery service! FedEx reliability has become terrible!
