The experience was straightforward. The only issue I had was that the shipping information changed and it didn't appear to update at all, but once I contacted customer service, they were happy to update the shipping information so I could know when to expect my order.

Everything was on time and in good condition

Good quality product, good customer support, bad return policy and product renders could be more accurate.

The shipping service took longer than expected. The website lists 2-3 business days but my order was in processing for about 3-4 days, and then it was shipped out quickly.
