The shipping took much longer than advertised. However the actual delivery and assembly was easy

Going to have subtract a star for delayed shipping for one reason or another. Had great support from Ben and the chair is fantastic.

4 stars because the shipping was delayed quite a bit. The chair it's self is wonderful.

install instructions clear however it took longer to ship than expected.

Company is fine...this particular chair needs work.
