Terrible. It cost me over $200 to return my chair!!! Awful. Taking food from families plates. Buyer beware!

I never received my order.

The one star is because I’m sure the chair will be kinda nice once I receive the missing pieces needed to put it together. The required hardware for chair assembly (screws, nuts, washers) were not included on the box flap where they were supposed to be, nor were they inside the box. Customer service, while nice on the phone and over email, for some reason have been incapable of simply shipping me the required hardware that was missing from my package. This should be trivial. However, after 2 full weeks of my chair sitting in pieces inside of a closet, my scoliosis and I are regretting this almost $400 purchase and wishing I went with a different company. I guess I’ll need to go to Home Depot to get what I need? I shouldn’t have to do that. I dunno, but this has been incredibly frustrating.

the shipping took more than 2 weeks and no screw and tools included in the package. I reported the issue but customer service asked me to email to Warranty@exemplis.com by myself. This is really bad experience.

The main reason for the 1 star review is because of their return policies. Aside from charging 20% restocking fee they do not provide a shipping label to return the item, so if you try to return on it your own UPS charges ~$150+. The chair itself appears to have a good built quality, although the padding is thin and the lumbar is support is a gimmick. I bought the product after using this chair at my office, however the "Home Edition" version ended up being very different. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
