Shipping was extremely slow, it took 3-4 weeks after ordering for my item to be shipped, it was supposed to arrive on a Saturday and didn't arrive til the following Thursday. Overall not very impressed with the company.

Not pleased about the "customer pays for return shipping and a restocking fee". This is definitely a deciding factor when purchasing from them directly.

Seat is hard and uncomfortable. First time ever an office chair has caused pain to my left thigh. That is how hard and uncomfortable it is to sit on the chair.
