Returning the chair will always cost $120+ in shipping, and the company will also take 20% away from what you paid for the chair for you to return it. If I returned the chair (which I decided against), I would have only made ~$116.80 back instead of the $296 I initially paid after paying for shipping and the return fee. The chair I had was not "high back" like it said - my hips constantly hurt when I sit in it because it leans too far back and does not keep my back upright. While it advertises itself on ergonomics, I did not receive that impression. Now I'm stuck with a chair I don't want because it was advertised poorly and returning it would be financially ridiculous (and for its price, it was not comfortable). I strongly advise against buying here. I was foolish enough to buy this, but at least smart enough to leave an honest and helpful review.

Customer service is terrible.
