This cable management basket was well below my expectations. And, the stand up desk you shipped me arrived with a dent / chip in the top. I like the desk, and originally thought I could overlook the ding, but it’s really bothering me now. I regret not saying something immediately but knew it’d be a big pain to return/exchange. Sorry, but I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

Shipping and packaging were good but the chair I bought is not comfortable at all. Sorry. I had high hopes for it but it was a fail on the total experience.

Shipping wasn't great. Chair should have delivered on Wednesday but delivered on Friday when I was traveling and wasn't home to accept the delivery. The carrier left the box in the middle of my driveway in the rain.

The website is confusing. It is difficult to find and compare the products.

The mesh colors and seat patterns are not true to the actual chair. The chair also did not ship, as promised, in two days. Took longer than a week to ship.
